Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon are three National Parks that are close together in distance, but look worlds apart. Located in Southern Utah, Zion features towering canyon walls and surging rivers lined with cottonwoods, whereas Bryce Canyon boasts a fantasy land of multi-layered hoodoo formations. And while Arizona’s Grand Canyon draws people from around the world to its dramatic overlooks on the South Rim, few ever witness the lesser known North Rim’s own brand of stunning vistas, diverse habitats, and abundant vegetation. Between these three bucket-list destinations you will have no shortage of incredible opportunities to practice landscape photography under all types of light conditions, including night.
