We had a great trip! Our photography skills were at the novice level, at best. However, we were able to improve our skills with both the camera as well the Iphone throughout the week , with the help of our very knowledgeable and patience instructors, Ali and Paul! They also had a deep understanding & awareness of the areas, which made them exceptional tour guides. We saw sites which included glaciers, waterfalls, & a boat ride to Spirit Island, all a WOW FACTOR! Our accommodations were excellent in both BANFF & Jasper. Food & restaurants were top notch. We look forward to booking another trip with Blue hour photography.

This trip with Ali & Paul to the Canadian Rockies was amazing, I learned so much on this trip. Both Paul and Ali were so detailed on techniques, compostition etc., I can not stress enough what an amazing trip this was.. I would highly recommend doing a BlueHour workshop and tour.. I've been on a few tours with BlueHour. This was the best one! Banff & Jasper have such beautiful landscapes. I caught myself saying "awesome" at just about every shooting location. Memorable times included walking on a Glacier and photographing Lake Louise during the blue hour. Allie & Paul provided one-on-one guidance whenever I needed it. Now I feel more comfortable with composing my shots and figuring out the camera settings. I loved my cabin by the Athabasca river. Our goup had lots of laughs and fun; very good lighthearted rapport.

What a fabulous trip to Banff and Jasper! Paul and Allie were great instructors, and so helpful with making sure we were comfortable with what we were shooting. The trip was was filled with sites, but always had time to relax! Restaurants were great. Lake Louise was awesome being there before sunrise was so beautiful. Would love to do another photography trip with BlueHour!

This is a photo trip for beginners through advanced who want to meet fellow photographers, go to the best sights to photograph at the right time and be taught at the level you are at by two great professionals, Allie and Paul. The pace was relaxed and we had lots of laughs. We enjoyed meals together and the single accommodations for each participant were well chosen.
